What are the different Users Roles in Pollen?

Pollen offers different user roles to ensure the right level of access and permissions for each team member. Below is a breakdown of each role and its capabilities within the platform.

Organization Admins

Organization Admins have the highest level of access across all companies within Pollen. Their permissions include:

  • Access to all companies within the organization

  • Ability to add new companies

  • Inviting users to any company

  • Managing plan and billing details

Company Managers

Company Managers have broad control over specific companies assigned to them. Their permissions include:

  • Access to designated companies

  • Creating, scheduling, approving, and publishing posts

  • Access to the media library

  • Inviting users to their assigned company/companies

Contributors / Authors

Contributors and Authors have a more limited role focused on content creation. Their permissions include:

  • Drafting and scheduling posts for approval

  • Access to the media library

View Only

This role is for users who need access to review content but not make changes. Their permissions include:

  • Viewing assigned company/companies
