Before your onboarding session with Pollen’s Engagement Team, review this Pre-Boarding Checklist to ensure a smooth setup, seamless platform connection, and maximum impact from day one.

We’re excited to kick things off. To help you make the most of your onboarding session with our Engagement Team, we’ve put together a Pre-Boarding Checklist. Completing these steps ahead of your first call ensures a seamless setup and sets you up for success with the platform.

1. Prep Your Marketing Channels

Social Media Platform Access
Make sure you have the login credentials for any social platforms you'd like to connect during onboarding (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Meta Business Requirements (for Facebook & Instagram)

  • Facebook Business Page

  • Instagram Business Account

    • Must be a Business Account (not a personal account).

    • Needs to be linked to your Facebook Business Page.

    • Must be added to the same Meta Business Manager as your Facebook page.

    • Instagram connections are managed through Facebook login and permissions.


2. Set Up Analytics Integrations

Google Analytics & Google My Business Access

  • Ensure Google Analytics is installed on your website and you can log into your account.

  • Confirm access to your Google My Business profile so we can sync location-based insights.


3. Prep Your Contact Lists

Email or SMS List Exports

  • Export any contacts you’d like to import into Pollen for email or SMS campaigns.

  • Accepted format: .CSV
