How to Use the Content Cropping Editor in Pollen
Pollen’s new Content Cropping Editor makes it easy to resize your images and videos for each social channel, ensuring your content looks its best everywhere you post. With just a few clicks, you can crop your content to the recommended aspect ratios for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
Where to Find the Cropping Tool

Log in to your Pollen account and navigate to your Create a Post screen.

Upload your content (image or video).

In the top-right corner of your uploaded media, you’ll see a pencil icon ✏️.

Click the pencil icon to open the cropping editor.

- After selecting your ratio, click Export Image, to save your updates.

Inside the cropping editor, you’ll find multiple preset aspect ratios tailored for each platform, as well as the ability to set a custom crop size.
