Uploading Contacts into Pollen
Easily build your audience in Pollen by importing your existing contacts. You have several options depending on what’s most convenient for you.
Step 1: Navigate to the Audience Section
- Log into your Pollen account and go to the Audience tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Import button in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Choose Your Import Method
- Pollen offers six different ways to import contacts:
1. CSV File (Comma Separated Values)
2. VCF File (Virtual Contact File)
3. Quick Add
4. Zapier Integration
5. MailChimp Integration
6. Constant Contact Integration
1. Import from CSV File
Upload a CSV file of your contacts from any service.

Click Upload CSV (Comma Separated Values)

Use our CSV template for easy formatting (optional)

During the upload process, match your columns to Pollen’s default fields, or create your own custom fields as needed
2. Import VCF File
VCF (vCard) files are digital business cards used by Apple Contacts, Outlook, and other contact apps.

Click Upload VCF File (Virtual Contact File)

Select your file and import
3. Quick Add (Manual Upload)
Perfect for adding a few contacts individually.

Fill out the contact’s information manually

Click Save
4. Import via Zapier Integration

5. Import from Mailchimp

Click Connect Mailchimp (if not already connected)

Choose the list you want to import
6. Import from Constant Contact
Sync your existing email lists from Constant Contact.
