How to Transfer a Company to Another Organization in a Different Pollen Account

Need to consolidate companies from two different Pollen accounts? You can easily transfer a company from one organization to another so everything is managed under a single login.

If you have companies split between two different Pollen accounts and want to manage them from a single account, you can transfer companies between organizations by following the steps below.

Example scenario: You originally created a Personal Podcast account but now want to manage that company under your main account for Brightline Media.


✅ Step-by-Step: Transfer a Company Between Pollen Accounts

  1. Log in to the Pollen account you no longer want to use
    (e.g. the Personal Podcast account)

  2. Go to Settings → Teammates in the left-hand menu

  3. Click “Add User”

  4. Enter the email address of your main Pollen account
    (e.g. your Brightline Media account)

  5. Check the box to grant them “Organization Admin” access

  6. Click “Send Invitation”

  7. Log out of the current account

  8. Log in to your main Pollen account
    (e.g. Brightline Media)

  9. Go to Settings → Organization Settings

  10. You should now see both organizations listed
    Each one will be tied to a different company

  11. Find the row for the company you want to move
    (e.g. the Personal Podcast company)

  12. Click the 3 dots menu in the Actions column

  13. Select “Transfer”

  14. Choose the organization you want to keep
    (e.g. the one tied to Brightline Media)

  15. Click “Transfer” again to confirm


✅ Now both companies should appear under the same organization
