How to Sign Up & Create a Pollen Account

Welcome to Pollen Social! This quick guide walks you through how to sign up for Pollen, create your business profile, and activate your 30-day free trial—so you can start creating and scheduling content right away.

1. Visit app.pollensocial.com and click “Sign Up" to create an Account

  • Start by visiting our login page and selecting the Sign Up button.

2. Enter Your Business Profile Details

Fill in your:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Company Name (this will be the name of your Organization)

  • Password

Click Sign Up to continue.


3. Select a Subscription Plan

Choose the Pollen plan that fits your needs. You’ll be prompted to enter:

  • Credit card information

  • Any promo codes you have
