How to Save Your Brand Colors in Pollen?

Saving your brand colors in Pollen ensures visual consistency across your email templates and makes it easy to access your preferred color palette without re-entering HEX codes each time. You can save up to four brand colors: one main color and three supporting colors.

🛠 Steps to Save Your Brand Colors

Step 1. Log in to Pollen and navigate to Company Settings from the left-hand menu

Step 2. Click the Edit Company button

Step 3: In the Edit Company panel, scroll to the section titled Brand Colors

You'll see fields to set your:

  • Main Brand Color
  • Supporting Brand Color 1
  • Supporting Brand Color 2
  • Supporting Brand Color 3

Click into each field to:

  • Use the color picker, or
  • Enter your brand’s HEX code (e.g. #0047AB)

Step 4: Once you've added your brand colors, click Save Changes button found at the bottom and the top of the page.

Your brand colors are now saved and will automatically appear in supported tools like the Email Template Editor under Global Settings.

  • You can update your brand colors at any time by returning to the Edit Company section
  • Saved brand colors will be available across your team’s Pollen account for consistency
  • HEX codes can be pulled from your website, design software, or brand style guide
