How to Manage Billing in Pollen Social
Keep your Pollen subscription up to date by managing your billing information directly from your account settings. Whether you're setting up payment for the first time or updating an existing method, follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step: Set Up or Update Billing

Log in to your Pollen account

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

Select Organizational Settings from the dropdown menu

On the My Organization page, locate your organization

Under the Actions column, click the three dots (⋯)

Select Manage Billing

Follow the prompts to enter or update your payment details
Once completed, your subscription will be active and ready to go.
