How to Cancel Your Pollen Subscription 🐝
If you’d like to cancel your Pollen subscription, you can easily do so directly from your account settings.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Account Settings
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of your Pollen dashboard, then click Organization Settings to edit your Account & Subscription Settings.
Step 2: Open the Billing Menu
- Within Organization Settings, click three dots (⋯) under Action.
- Then select Manage Billing from the dropdown menu. This will redirect you to your Stripe billing portal.
Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription in Stripe
- Once in Stripe, locate your active plan under Subscriptions. Click Cancel Subscription, then confirm when prompted.
Step 4: Confirm Your Cancellation
- You’ll see a confirmation screen that looks similar to this
Once you click Cancel Subscription, your plan will be officially set to end on your renewal date.
💡 Note: You’ll retain full access to your account until your current billing period expires. After that, your subscription will not renew automatically.
