How to Delete Your Pollen Account

If you’re looking to permanently close your Pollen account, you can do so in just a few steps. Please note that once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right corner of your Pollen dashboard, then click the gear icon to open Settings.

Step 2: Select the Account Tab

You’ll land on your Account Information page where you can view your profile and email address.

  • Scroll down to reach the Security section.

Step 3: Scroll to the Danger Section in Security

Under Security, scroll past the active devices section. You’ll see a red Delete Account button in the Danger area at the bottom of the page.

  • Click DELETE ACCOUNT.

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

You will be asked to confirm the deletion by typing Delete account into the field.

  • Once entered, click the red DELETE ACCOUNT button to finalize.

    Reminder

    • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

    • You will lose access to all content, posts, analytics, and settings.
