How to Add More AI, SMS, and Email Credits in Pollen

Pollen allows you to purchase additional AI, SMS, and email credits at any time, so you can continue creating content, sending messages, and engaging your audience without interruption. 

Where to View Your Current Credits

You can view your available credits directly within the Pollen platform.

  1. Navigate to the bottom-left corner of the Pollen sidebar

  2. Locate the section labeled AI, SMS & Email Credits

  3. Here, you’ll see your current credit balance for each category

How to Add More Credits

To purchase additional credits:

  1. Navigate to the bottom left hand side of the home page, click “Manage Credits”

  2. You’ll be taken to the credit management screen

  3. Select from the available credit packages based on your needs

  4. Confirm your selection to add credits to your account

Your new credits will be applied immediately after purchase.

When Should You Add More Credits?

You may want to add additional credits if you:

  • Are sending higher volumes of SMS or email messages

  • Are using AI features more frequently

  • Are running campaigns, events, or promotions that require increased outreach
